Recalls and Safety Notices

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Sometimes a manufacturer or a government agency announces that a product needs to be fixed, replaced, or taken out of use. This page explains what we do when that happens and what you can do.

What we do

If a recall affects a product we sold, we do our best to:

  • contact affected customers using the email address on the order;
  • post a notice on this page or the related product page;
  • tell you what is affected, how to check whether you have an affected item, and what to do next;
  • help you reach the manufacturer or arrange the remedy it offers, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

What you can do

  • Stop using a product if you learn it has been recalled or you have a safety concern.
  • Check the product's model, part number, lot, or date code against the recall notice.
  • Contact us with your order number and the product name or part number, and we will help you find the next step.
  • Keep your order emails up to date so we can reach you. Recall notices are safety messages and may be sent even if you have unsubscribed from marketing emails.
