Request a Quote

A quote gives you pricing in writing for the items you need. Here is how it works.

When to ask for a quote

• You are buying in volume.
• You need an item you cannot find, or a price that is not listed.
• You want a freight price for a large or heavy item.
• You need paperwork for your own purchasing process.

How to ask

Use the quote request page, or email sales@badgerbeaver.com. Include:

1. Part numbers or product names, with quantities;
2. Your delivery ZIP code;
3. Your name, company, email, and phone number;
4. Anything special, such as a needed-by date.

What happens next

1. We review your request.
2. We reply with a quote, which states the pricing, any conditions, and how long it is valid.
3. If you accept, we place your order. Payment is held until the order is confirmed, then charged.

Good to know

• Quoted items can be discounted only by our team.
• The first-order welcome offer and other promotions do not apply to quoted items.
• Price match does not apply to quotes.
• Freight items: we send a freight quote and charge only after you accept it.
• Quotes are valid only for the period and conditions stated in them.
