Veeder-Root 794380-208 is a non-discriminating piping/containment sump sensor with a 12 ft cable, for Veeder-Root TLS tank monitoring consoles (TLS-350 and TLS-450). It detects the presence of liquid in underground storage tank sumps: ultrasonic sensing alarms at low and high trip points (liquid warning at 1.0 in, high liquid alarm at 10 in on containment sump sensors), and the conductive elastomer element differentiates hydrocarbons from other liquids. The polyester housing has no moving parts, works even in freezing temperatures, and the sensor is reusable after an alarm without degradation.
