Bench oscilloscope from Keysight's InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series with 200 MHz of bandwidth across four analog channels. It samples at up to 2 GSa/s (half-channel) with 1 Mpts of memory per channel and updates waveforms at up to 200,000 per second, so intermittent glitches show up quickly instead of hiding between acquisitions. The 8.5-inch WVGA display and the included 300 MHz passive probes (one per channel) make it ready for bench debugging, service and teaching-lab work out of the box.
