The Broan-NuTone Flex Series A110 white 110 CFM ceiling exhaust bath fan offers easy roomside installation with no attic access required. The ceiling-mounted ventilation fan features foldable mounting ears and an EzDuct connector for easy installation, and TrueSeal damper technology provides a tighter seal, reducing warm and cold air backdrafts. It operates at 110 CFM and 3.0 sones, is powerful enough for rooms up to 105 sq ft, and is UL listed for use over a tub or shower when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit. Corrosion-resistant galvanized steel housing with a permanently lubricated AC motor engineered for continuous operation.
