Norton 66253021634 is a NorZon Plus Type 27 depressed center grinding wheel, 9 in diameter x 1/4 in thick with a 5/8-11 threaded arbor hole, rated to 6,600 rpm. Its abrasive blends Norton SG ceramic alumina with NorZon zirconia alumina in an advanced resin bond (spec SGZ24Q), giving up to 10x the performance of aluminum oxide wheels and 50-200% better cut rates than competing zirconia/ceramic wheels. Made for tough offhand stock removal, cutting and notching on 400-series stainless steel, carbon steel, cast and gray iron. Made in the USA.
