The Hilti collection of Kwik Hus-EZ Concrete and Masonry Screw Anchors are the perfect anchoring solution for various base materials, such as concrete (cracked), concrete (light weight), concrete (light weight over metal deck), concrete (untracked) and masonry (grout-filled CMU). KH-EZ 1/2 in. x 4-1/2 in. screw anchor with hex washer head, carbon steel, zinc-plated. Highly productive solution for applications requiring ICC approval for concrete and grout-filled CMU block in seismic areas. For use with standard ANSI-tolerance drill bit, no special tolerance drill bits required. Fully-removable anchoring solution. Suitable for reduced edge distances and spacing. IBC compliance: IBC 2003, 2006, 2009, 2027. Approvals/test reports: COLA (City of Los Angeles), ICC-ES report (concrete), ICC-ES report (masonry), LABC, seismic.
