The TE Connectivity AMP 34071 is a PLASTI-GRIP butt splice: a closed-barrel, fully insulated crimp splice in tin-plated copper with a blue vinyl insulation sleeve, for 16-14 AWG wire. The serrated inner barrel provides maximum electrical contact and tensile strength after crimping, and the funneled entry eases wire insertion. Rated 600 V and 105°C.
