The Erie (Schneider Electric) VT3213G13B020 is a PopTop two-position zone valve assembly for hydronic heating and cooling: a 1/2 in. sweat, three-way valve body with 4.0 Cv and a 120V AC spring-return (normally closed) actuator. Erie PopTop valve bodies and actuators install easily on fan coil, baseboard and air handler applications; the actuator can be installed after the valve body, mounts directly without linkages or calibration, and can be replaced without tools or removing the valve from the system. Features include a hysteresis synchronous motor for long life, spring return fail-safe operation, a valve body rated for 400 psi static pressure, and a manual override lever.
