Salisbury 21173 is a lightweight conductor cover for covering long spans of energized conductor where weight matters: 5 ft long with a 2 in inside diameter, ASTM Class 3, approved for maximum use up to 26.4 kV guarded phase-to-phase. It is molded from safety-orange Type I high-density cross-linked polyethylene, is applied by hand (with rubber gloves) or with a fiberglass hotstick, has a molded connector-stop so sections do not overlap, and connects with Salisbury 1-1/2 in ID Class 3 or 4 flexible cover-up equipment. This version is without the application eye.
