Nu-Calgon Thermo-Trap is a reusable heat-sink putty (heat conducting compound) that absorbs heat to protect sensitive components during brazing, soldering, and welding. Apply to copper, steel, or other pipe surfaces before heating; it blocks direct and conductive heat far better than a wet rag. Reusable up to 40 times, with antimicrobial chemistry to prevent mold. Aluminosilicate base, blue. 12 oz container.
