North by Honeywell BP1002 backpack respirator adapter for the BP1000 PAPR system. Converts a half mask or full facepiece into a welding respirator, relocating cartridges and filters to the user's back, out of the work zone. Cartridges last longer away from the immediate contaminant area, weight is balanced on the shoulders limiting worker fatigue, and the low profile fits under welding helmets and faceshields with half masks. For use with 5400, 5500, 7600, 7700 and RU8500 series facepieces (facepiece, filters and cartridges sold separately). One size fits most.
