Hoffman Specialty 8C-A-3-125 3/4" Angle Bronze Thermostatic Radiator Trap (MPN 402003, SKU HL1045). The cast-bronze model 8C features a 3/4" trap connection in an angle pattern with a 125 psi maximum operating pressure and a capacity of 4,200 pounds per hour. Thermostatic traps are ideal for low pressure heating systems: the thermostatic element expands when steam is present, closing the trap, and contracts when cooler air or condensate is present, opening the trap, allowing condensate to drain. Series 8C balanced-pressure thermostatic steam traps are for institutional and commercial heating system applications requiring high capacity operation. 3-year warranty.
