Stay-Silv 15 phos-copper brazing alloy filler metal (15% silver) - the industry standard for air conditioning/refrigeration copper brazing. Bare flat rods .050" x 1/8" x 20", self-fluxing on copper-to-copper joints; wide melting range fills loose connections and caps/builds up finished joints. AWS A5.8 Class BCuP-5. 28 sticks per 1-lb tube.

- Stay Silv 15 is a frequent choice for copper brazing. It has a wide melting range that allows operators to fill loose connections and 'cap', or build up, around the finished joint. When heated above its liquidus, however, it will penetrate tight connections.
