The Fleetguard LF3970 is a spin-on full-flow lube oil filter with StrataPore multi-layer media delivering 98.7% efficiency at 30 microns. It is the no-bypass-valve version of the Cummins B-series filter, for Cummins ISB 5.9L and 6.7L, QSB 5.9L and 6.7L, and B-series industrial engines. Thread 1 1/8-16 UN-2B; replaces Cummins 3937144, 3937736 and 5404947.
